It was a 4-star hotel in every way. We really loved staying at Hilton Minneapolis. Bed was extremely comfortable. For lunch or dinner go to Manny's Steakhouse, located only a short distance to the venue.
Decent place for exploring Minneapolis. We appreciated staff and rooms here. 15 mins walk to the center. Visited their restaurant Ten 01 Social couple of times. We got an upgrade to a suite. The pool looked great too.
The bed was very comfortable. The very wide lobby
There was no bacon for breakfast, no French bread. The rest was excellent. He had a good breakfast anyway.
We enjoyed the proximity and walk way to the Minneapolis Convention Center. We enjoyed your restaurant and bar. The young lady that took our reservation was very clear on our parking options and very courteous about having us as guests at your hotel.
We could not get our clock corrected to the right time of day and could not set the alarm. I would also like to see the option of several washcloths in the bathroom. We had two people in our room and two washcloths. As you can imagine, we freshened up before going out to dinner and then no washcloths were left for the morning.
Enjoyed the pool and exercise area the most.
Charges for a for a wireless internet connection, thought this was greedy.
The location, the view, the decorations
That the rooms dont have microwave and refrigerator. parking sould have been free for the price payed.
It was a nice staying, everything was fine, i liked the staff at reception very much - they helped me many times and were always polite
Surpried that there was no refridgerator in the room. They charged extra for that!
Emilee the bartender was fabulous. Everyone at her bar was happy and well tended too. Unfortunately she was working the day shift and her replacement was not as friendly or outgoing.
Everyone was very helpful and pleasant. The room was clean and bright. I travel for work, and I would stay at this location again.
We came in December to see the Hollidazzle parade and to do a little Christmas shopping. I was quite stressed when I got there, because of a hectic work week, and the minute I walked into the lobby, I felt infinitely better. It was so beautifully decorated and everyone was welcoming and kind. We will make this an annual holiday tradition. Originally, I had planned to stay at a different hotel every year, but the Hilton was such a pleasant experience, that we will be back next year, and many years to come!
Convenient location in central city on skyway system, yet only ten minutes from our son's house in St. Paul, excellent and fairly priced parking, helpful staff, value for the money
Great location, beautiful lobby and hotel.
The beds were too small!! I haven't slept in a double for years and it was really too small. I didn't realize when I checked in that he had said "two doubles" or I would have definitely asked for a king and would have been willing to pay more. We thought we could be comfortable as we are not big people, but it was too tight and we considered splitting up and sleeping in different beds.
Nicely designed lobby.
Rude staff, improperly stocked room, no morning meal. Bottom line, the facility is bare bones for a four diamond hotel.
We really enjoyed the location of the hotel. The hotel itself was beautiful and it felt first class. The room was laid out well and the bathroom was nice. Beds were comfortable and I really loved having 4 pillows on my bed.
I did not like the person who checked us in. He was very short with us and seemed distracted. When I originally made the reservation I had requested to be on the highest floor possible. I was told that the 7th floor was the highest floor possible but that was a blatant lie. I know others who arrived later than I did and they had no problem going on a higher floor.
